More than a Career
Do what makes you awesome.
Change lives for the better. Including yours! Anova is considered a "Preferred Employer" and proud to be one of the biggest non-profit employers in Northern California.
Work hard…Play hard...Have fun! Enjoy work more than you ever thought possible…and be rewarded for your effort. All this and live in beautiful Northern California! Anova provides services throughout the heart of Wine Country, surrounded by redwoods, minutes from the ocean, and just across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco.
At Anova, we foster success in our employees and in the children we serve. You’ll work in a culture where excellence is a given. You’ll be given the tools and support to succeed. You’ll work with a close-knit, fun, and dedicated team of “best in class” experts with the opportunity to achieve what you dream possible.
Anova has grown from a staff of two clinicians and an accountant in 2000, to a thriving team of over 300 employees. We opened our first ACE school in 2003, with only 4 children, and now serve almost 300 students and help over 500 families throughout Northern California. We continue to recruit employees in their field of expertise, and welcome you to join our team as we expand our services and respond to our community's growing needs.
From the time of its initial conception Anova has been committed to three fundamental principles: to provide the most clinically sophisticated, effective, and heartfelt service available anywhere; to hire and retain the most qualified employees and provide them with the tools and resources to excel at their job; and to operate this non-profit agency as an efficient and well-run organization. Committed to the mentorship of our employees and with a reputation as an “employer of choice” among special education professionals, Anova contributes to the community and is creating committed leaders in the field.
Anova attributes its success to the hiring and retaining of the best and brightest professionals in the field. We seek those who thrive on distinction, can create and utilize state-of-the-art techniques, will work on pioneering methodologies, can see opportunities in challenges, and can handle the responsibility of changing lives for the better.
We believe that actions speak louder than words. We are helping to create a world of strong communities where every family is supported and all children achieve their full potential...and we know it begins with you.
