We offer an opportunity to work with Special-Ed Professionals, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Teachers in our private campuses.
We currently have an opening for an ACE School Office Administrator. This position is primarily responsible for providing support to the ACE School Director and the ACE School staff in the daily operation of all programs and services. This position ensures the efficient and orderly daily operation of the ACE school.
• Skills (technical):
o Working knowledge of basic Accounting procedures
o Working knowledge of special education and/or developmental disabilities
o Excellent math and analytical skills
o Strong administrative skills
o Ability to develop clear and concise reporting documentation for review by the ACE School Director
o Ability to work and communicate relevant topics effectively with students, teaching and administrative staff
o Ability to provide physical management for Students in crisis situations including the implementation of Anova’s approved Crisis Intervention Management Techniques
o Proficiency with MS Office suite
o Proficiency with Central Reach

o Strong organizational skills

o Ability to effectively communicate and maintain professional boundaries with students, teachers and parents

o Ability to listen to the concerns, suggestions, and complaints of Students served and report to communication to the School Director
o Ability to work effectively with Anova’s Administrative Team.
o Ability to relate to students in a positive, effective and age-appropriate manner.
o Ability to encourage an atmosphere that helps staff align themselves with the agency’s mission and promote enthusiasm and professionalism
o Ability to promote cooperation and a feeling of teamwork among Staff
o Ability to maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
o Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
o Ability to manage details.
o Able to organize and track a wide variety of concurrent activities.
