Anova is certified by the California Department of Education/Special Education Division as a Non-public Agency (NPA) providing assessment, consultation, and temporary paraprofessional support for students in their neighborhood schools. Each of Anovas services is performed in compliance with current laws and regulations, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the Hughes Bill legislation.
