Behavior Analyst -

As Behavior Analyst, you will:

1. Assess, design and supervise the implementation of intervention plans and skills training methodologies for clients in both public school and in home environments;
2. Provide classroom consultation and staff training as needed, ensuring a positive and reinforcing teaching environment and compliance with regulations and standards;
3. Supervise behavior assistants, helping them to deliver quality and compliant services to our clients.

Minimum Requirements:
Teaching credential or Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with people with autism and related disabilities, as well as students with developmental delays and medical diagnoses.
Ability to provide clear and complete documentation of work on a consistent and timely basis.
Physical ability to work with students including physical or crisis management.
MFT, LCSW, BCBA, or working toward BCBA preferred.
