Our Partners

Supporting our sacred mission

We are grateful to our corporate and community partners that support Anova through grants, sponsorships and in-kind donations. These partners help advance our sacred mission in an effort to allow individuals to function more independently, engage in meaningful relationships with others, and lead an improved quality of life.

Naked Wines Helps Rebuild Anova

Nakedwines.com the online crowd-funding wine platform, donated $500,000 to Anova following the Tubbs fire that destroyed the ACE Sonoma school in October 2017. More than 80% of funding was made possible by the generosity of nakedwines.com customers and winemakers around the world, and the company plans to provide ongoing support in rebuilding the school. The $500,000 donation came in just four weeks after nakedwines.com launched a fire rescue fund to support the winemaking community devastated by the California wildfires in Napa and Sonoma Counties.

“Anova Education struck a chord with our staff and customers,” said Nick Devlin, President of nakedwines.com. “Through this effort, it’s clear that our Angels are more than just customers who like great wine; we are a community who wants to the community around us. I’m proud to be a part of that, and we are thrilled to be supporting Anova with our donations.”

Crux Winery Creates Custom, Limited Release Pinot Noir Magnum Benefiting Anova

Great partnerships are an important part of building community and no one knows that more than we do. In 2017 during the Tubbs fire our ACE Santa Rosa campus was damaged beyond repair. What followed was a contingency of organizations, businesses and individuals from all over the world coming together to help us rebuild. Now as we approach the two-year anniversary of students and staff moving back onto campus, we are honored to once again be the beneficiary of the what makes Sonoma County so wonderful - the individuals and businesses that care for the community. Anova is honored to team-up with Crux, a local winery who has a history of generously supporting their efforts to serve students with Autism.

Long before the events of 2017, Crux Winery owners Brian Callahan and Steven Gower had teamed up with Bergin, Encore, Cork Supply, Cartograph, and VinoShipper to create a custom Pinot magnum in support of the ACE Sonoma school. The two winemakers have always had a deep love and admiration for the services Anova provides to students and families throughout Sonoma County. While the fires didn’t slow the duo down, the inspiration for their product shifted. The incredible strength and resilience exhibited by the Anova community, moved the school to change their mascot from the dragon to the phoenix and so Crux followed suit with the Crux Phoenix Pinot.

Brian and Steven proudly handed off the first round of proceeds to our incredibly grateful Anova founder, Andrew Bailey in a small thank you reception in early 2020. The limited release Phoenix Pinot Noir magnum is wonderfully delicious and has recently been written up by Virginie Boone with Wine Enthusiast Magazine where it was rated 91 points! Anova looks forward to a continued partnership with Crux and is so grateful for their generosity and dedication to ACE Sonoma and the students and families they serve.

Purchase your bottle of the limited release Crux Phoenix Pinot at Crux Winery online store.
